What happened when I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel your booking with a 12-hour notice before pickup or drop off. If there is cancellation and we have been notified before 12-hour then there are only administration charges of 10%. If we have not been notified the cancellation prior to 12-hour then the total price is chargeable to the client.

Is there any extra charge for extra pickup and drop off?
Yes. There is a charge. Please let us know at the time of booking.

How much luggage can we bring ?
As much as you want but when on the time of booking, please let us know the type of vehicle required.

Can I make a booking on line?
Yes, Just fill in our Online booking form and we will confirm your booking with in 24hrs.

Can I smoke in the car?
No. our cars operate a strict non smoking policy in all their vehicles

What if the flight is early or delayed?
We will be monitoring your flight on the day of arrival. Our driver will enter the arrival 20mins after the flight has landed. (Unless you have made prior arrangements with us).

What happens if there are traffic problems going to the destination?
Our cars will not accept any responsibility for missed flights due to traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns or any unforeseen circumstances. Please allow enough time for your journey.

Do you ever use outside contractors?
Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we may have to use other company’s to cover bookings but this is extremely rare.
